RJ Oca is a creative producer, musician, and entrepreneur with roots in the independent music and live events scene in the Philippines. With experience spanning music, artist development, live productions, and creative community-building, his work centers around creating meaningful experiences that connect people through culture, collaboration, and shared spaces.
Over the years, he has also worked across FM radio, venue operations, and independent event production — helping develop communities and live platforms both onstage and behind the scenes. His experience across creative and operational environments continues to shape the direction of 1 Big House and its approach to building experiences that feel authentic, intentional, and people-driven.
